Hi Murugan, Try talking to Affiliano on their live chat, I’ve always found that a really good way to communicate with them.

With regard to loosing money, have you forwarded your google conversion tracking code to Affiliano yet?

Without this, you will have no idea which keywords are making you money and which keywords are loosing you money. This is really important as you need to pause or delete the non performing keywords out of your campaign. Affiliano support will help you with this.
